Every new Servicio tenant gets 28 default templates seeded automatically: 15 triggers covered in English and Spanish, mostly email + SMS. The defaults are written to work well on day one without editing.

What the defaults look like
Warm, professional, direct. Short for SMS (well under 160 chars). Personalized where it matters. Example of the default English on-the-way SMS:
"Hi {{client.first_name}}, {{company.name}} is on the way. ETA {{visit.time}}. Reply STOP to opt out."
Should you customize?
When you do customize, edit one template and watch the next few sends before customizing more. Placeholder mistakes and tone drift are common early problems.
Re-seeding defaults
If you have deleted or broken a default template and want it back, go to Templates → "Restore defaults." This seeds any missing default templates without overwriting ones you have edited.
