Signup at Servicio is intentionally short: a business name, your name, an email and password, and the industry you serve. No credit card. Everything else is progressive — you fill it in during onboarding or as you go.
What happens when you sign up
- Visit
/signupand enter business name, your name, email, password, and industry (lawn, pool, or both). - You become the first user in your tenant, with the owner role.
- A tenant slug is generated from your business name (what your URLs will look like — e.g.
elisha-gardener). - You land on the onboarding wizard, already authenticated.
- Default message templates (English + Spanish, ~24 of them) are seeded so the platform's communications work out-of-the-box.
About the 14-day trial
Every new tenant gets 14 days of full-featured access — equivalent to the Growth tier. No credit card required, no card on file. During the trial you can add clients, schedule visits, send quotes, take payments via Stripe, set up dunning, and try every feature on the platform.
- Day 0–14: trial active. A countdown banner shows in the owner header.
- Any time during the trial: visit Billing → Choose plan to lock in Seedling, Growth, or Estate.
- Day 14, no plan picked: the account is set to frozen. The app walls you off everything except the Billing page until you pick a plan. No data is deleted.
- Day 90, still frozen: we send a final notice; data is retained for export.
Adding more team members
The first user is always the owner. Adding additional owners and technicians happens inside the Team section, not at signup. Seat counts are capped by plan: Seedling allows 1 user, Growth allows up to 10, Estate is unlimited. See Inviting your team.
